Ride Mindfully: Ground Work for Riders

** Laing Gong stretching exercises to help locate and release areas of tension that limit rider effectiveness in the saddle
**Qi Gong practices to encourage presence, awareness and mindful movement
**Guided meditation to promote relaxation and a quiet mind
Join us for these weekly workshops. We’ll be meeting most Sundays, from 4 – 5 pm at Fit Chick Express, 1254 Sherman, Longmont, CO 80503. No commitment required — come as often as you can. Small fee ($10) to cover facility rental.
