Anam Cara Equestrian and Anam Cara Coaching offer a variety of clinics and workshops. Ride Mindfully clinics combine unmounted group exercises designed to increase awareness, feel and sensitivity with individual mounted lessons. We learn meditation techniques as well as various movement practices designed to quiet the mind while enhancing our ability to release tension and move effectively with the horse.
In the Leadership Through Relationship series, participants take part in equine-facilitated experiential workshops designed to foster various aspects of social and emotional intelligence, including non-verbal communication and co-regulation skills, as well as emotional agility and resilience. Advanced workshops address how to balance the five roles essential to mature leadership.
